Mohave Wireless is committed to protecting your privacy in order to give you the best
possible Internet experience. Mohave Wireless has put into place this Privacy Policy to
protect your personally identifiable information. This policy covers Mohave Wireless
and applies to information Mohave Wireless obtains when a customer orders or uses
wireless Internet and data services.

process; (ii) in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others; (iii) to
protect Mohave Wireless’ property. Mohave Wireless may also disclose personally
identifiable information to business partners who assist Mohave Wireless in providing
service to you. When Mohave Wireless uses agents, contractors or other companies to
perform services on its behalf or in cooperation, Mohave Wireless will require that they

Use of Personally Identifiable Information: Mohave Wireless collects and uses personally

Collection of Internet Usage Data: Mohave Wireless’ network gathers information about
Internet usage such as the sites visited, session lengths, bit rates, and number of messages
and bytes passed. Mohave Wireless uses this information in the aggregate. Mohave Wireless
may share this aggregated information with other parties from time to time and for billing
purposes.
E-mail: Mohave Wireless will not read your outgoing or incoming e-mail and text messages,
private chat or instant messages. Mohave Wireless or its agents may store e-mail messages
and text messages for a brief period of time and could be compelled to disclose the messages in
order to comply with a court order or subpoena, or if it is necessary to disclose this information
to protect an individual's safety or security. Mohave Wireless may also use personally
identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or
activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for service.
Security: Mohave Wireless has in place security measures and policy guidelines to protect your
“personal identifiable information” from unauthorized access.
Children: Mohave Wireless does not target children or teenagers for the collection of personally identifiable information. Mohave Wireless encourages parents and guardians to spend time
online with their children and to participate in and monitor their Internet activity. All
minors should have parental consent before using the Internet or disclosing any personally
identifiable information online.
Updating Privacy Policy: From time to time, Mohave Wireless may update its website privacy
policy. When privacy policy updates occur, they will be posted on the Mohave Wireless website
